Changes to Immigration Rules

On 15 March a ministerial statement was laid in Parliament outlining a number of changes to the Immigration Rules. The changes will affect migrants under the Point Based Sytstem, Visitors and Overseas Domestic Workers. Most changes will come into affect on 6 April 2012.
