August 2019 – 2021: Chaired the Belize Spotlight Initiative Civil Society National Reference Group, coordinating national strategies to end violence against women and girls. 

August 2021 – 2024: Served as Elementary Teacher and Grade Leader through the J1 Exchange Program with Participate Learning, leading curriculum design and planning. 

September 2015 – 2021: Taught multigrade classes and led school-community development projects at Saint Matthews, Franks Eddy, and More Tomorrow Government Schools.
