3.I am the editor-in-chief and founder of Sorakh Media Network and my articles and investigative reports are published in many Kurdish and Iraqi media outlets. 

4.I have worked for 15 years as a journalist in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region for many media outlets (visual, audio, written and electronic). I have good knowledge of the political, social, economic and cultural dynamics of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

5.I am a member of the Kurdistan and Iraq Union of Journalists in addition to being a member of the World Union of Journalists and Member of the National Union of Journalists (UK) as well as several impartial journalism organizations.

6.During my 15 years as a journalist in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, I have written hundreds of investigative reports on the different sectors in Iraq, which has given me a good knowledge of this country and helped develop expertise in writing country expert reports, in addition to having expertise in inspecting ethnicity, native language and place of residence, especially for the disputed areas.   

7.I have a deep knowledge of the system of governance in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, and about their cultures and administrations, all of which has helped me with my methodology in analyzing issues.

8.I am in charge of the follow-up of the UK Kurdish Association, which is an impartial official Kurdish organization and raises awareness among the Kurdish diaspora.

9. I have testified a number of times in British courts as a journalist on the situation in Iraq regarding asylum issues.

10.I have a diploma in media and have many years of work experience. I have participated in international courses and seminars on human rights issues and problems faced by journalists and Iraq in general.

11.I have written two books on the principles of media work.

12.I am Director of Kurdish Diaspora Research Center for Politics in Kurdistan- Iraq.

13.I have participated in dozens of international conferences on refugee and political issues in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

14.I have participated in several conferences and seminars in the UK on refugees, displacement and reunification policy.
