I have extensive expertise in the legal system of Bangladesh, encompassing various areas such as constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, family law, and human rights law. I am an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. I was called to the Bar of England and Wales in October 2022. My experience includes in-depth knowledge of the procedural and substantive aspects of the Bangladeshi legal framework. I have worked on numerous cases involving immigration, asylum, and refugee law, providing expert opinions and analysis for legal proceedings and academic purposes. My familiarity with the local judiciary, legal practices, and legislative developments in Bangladesh enables me to offer comprehensive insights and reliable advice on matters pertaining to the country's legal system. I have Completed ‘Training of Trainers (ToT) on Arbitration’ conducted by International Law Institute (ILI), Washington DC, USA in collaboration with Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) from December 7-11, 2014. I have also participated in the comprehensive election observation findings, reported to the media by the EWG (Election Working Group) in its Secretariat.
