Women, members of the LGBTQ+ communities. They was deployed by the Italian Government as an expert to the European Union Mission to Georgia, where they served as team leader, civilian monitor and gender focal point. The Expert's main tasks were the preparation, analysis and review of documents aimed at understanding the post-conflict environment, the stabilization and normalization process in Georgia; elaborating speeches and talking points on key issues, in the field of gender issues; organizing and managing seminars and workshops, engaging local players, NGOs, government agencies; debriefing the Head Quarters of the European Union
