Residence rights of durable partners in domestic violence cases

In order to assist practitioners, the AIRE Centre has produced legal guidance on the residence rights of the former durable partners of European Economic Area ('EEA') nationals where domestic violence has occurred during the relationship.
This note forms part of our broader initiative to ensure that the UK is fully respecting the EU-law rights of migrants who have survived domestic violence.
