EIN is taking advantage of the Open Government License (see http://data.gov.uk/terms-and-conditions) to bring members a new look legislation.
We have started with relevant Acts of Parliament, and EIN members can view the new look legislation at http://www.ein.org.uk/members/legislation/category?term_node_tid_depth=2211 (or see the 'Acts or Parliament' link in the Legislation listings box on the legislation homepage).
The new legislation now comes directly from www.data.gov.uk / www.legislation.gov.uk and is brought into EIN in real-time: when you view the legislation on EIN, you are viewing the very latest version that exists on the official UK government site. So you can be confident that EIN's legislation is now the equal of the version that exists at www.legislation.gov.uk.
EIN's new look legislation also includes improved navigation, with each page having internal links to all sections and also links to the next/previous part of the Act you are viewing. As on the UK government site, a 'Timeline of Changes' feature allows you to select and view the original version of the legislation or any of the previously ammended versions.
