EIN would like to take this opportunity to draw our members' attention to the newly published Headnotes of Immigration Cases in 2012.
We're confident that this will be of great interest to EIN members, be they judges or practitioners.
Headnotes of Immigration Cases in 2012 draws together all of Garden Court's Mark Symes' case law headnotes for the year, arranging them in thematic order and thus giving a comprehensive overview of the year's decision making.
In this format, the headnoting far transcends just being a summary of individual cases, becoming almost akin to a textbook of immigration law developments in 2012.
We've also added a fully linked table of contents and the majority of headnotes are linked to their corresponding case on EIN.
