Dr. Danica Anderson is a US-based international social scientist, researcher, and forensic counselor (criminal justice specialist) with a doctorate in clinical psychology. Dr. Anderson is a member of the UNESCO scientific and education CID council and of the International Criminal Court, a Psycho-social Victim Gender Expert for trauma with war crimes and war crimes survivors. She is a trauma clinician who has traveled the world bearing witness to―and researching how to heal transgenerational trauma and continues to make crisis responses while addressing the needs of immigrants and refugees during and in the aftermath of natural disasters and wars. Danielle Annoni is an associate professor of International Law and Human Rights at the Federal University of Parana (UFPR-Brazil), where she coordinates the Human Rights Observatory and Legal Practice in Human Rights and Migration. She has been conducting human rights research for 18 years. She is an educator, a mother and an active human rights defender, with a focus on migration, gender and the Latin American human rights protection system. Braud is a strategic and mission-driven leader in global health, and program management, with more than 25 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale public health initiatives. Lauren Carruth is an Assistant Professor at the School of International Service at American University who provides testimony regularly on country conditions in the Horn of Africa. She is a medical anthropologist, gender specialist, and migration specialist with expertise in Ethiopia, Somalia, Djibouti, and Haiti.

Simone Elyse Carter is a public health and humanitarian expert with over 15 years of experience in outbreak analytics, research coordination, and strategic leadership. She currently serves as the Lead for Integrated Outbreak Analytics (IOA) at UNICEF, providing technical guidance and capacity strengthening for emergency response efforts worldwide.

Throughout her career, Simone has played a key role in developing data-driven solutions for complex health crises, leading interdisciplinary teams, and fostering global partnerships. Darlène Dubuisson is a Haitian-American anthropologist specializing in political and legal anthropology, transnational and migration studies, and Haitian Studies.

Dr. Dubuisson is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh in the Department of Anthropology. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Anthropology from Columbia University and a MA in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has ten years' research experience on Haitian migrants, immigrants, and refugees and is currently working on a co-authored manuscript on Haitian temporary protected status (TPS) holders.

Rebecca Henderson is a medical anthropologist (PhD completed 2022) and MD candidate with expertise working in Haiti from 2017-present. Her focus is on the effects of ongoing political instability, gang violence, kidnappings, and material shortages on the care for individuals with cancer and other chronic conditions. She has conducted fieldwork around the country, including in Port-au-Prince, the southern peninsula, and the central plateau, specifically examining the effects of insecurity, stress, and lack of access that stem from Haiti's violent and chaotic political instability.

Dr. Pacifico has been an international lawyer since 1993, with expertise in International Human Rights Law, particularly human rights of refugees and forced migrants, since 1997. She has been an associate professor for Law and International Relations at Maceio, Brasilia, and Joao Pessoa universities since 1997.  She has taught International Law/Relations, Human Rights, and Refugee and Migration Issues for more than two decades.
