Immigration Solicitors/Caseworkers and in-house Advocates

Barnes Harrild & Dyer Solicitors situated in Croydon specialise in Immigration, Asylum & Human Rights law.

We are involved in a substantial number of cases at all levels up to the Supreme Court and we are committed to providing legal aid services. Due to the volume of our legal aid work we are seeking to recruit Solicitors, Caseworkers and Barristers. The positions are open to all levels of applicant as caseloads and responsibilities will be determined according to experience and capability.

The minimum requirements are to hold level 1, 2 or 3 of the SRA Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme and have a minimum of one year’s experience of Legal Aid asylum work. Experience of private client work and advocacy is not essential but will assist your application.

The salary range is £18-000 - £40,000 depending on qualification and experience, Other performance related packages will be considered for these positions. Training contracts are also available.
