Outline of Job Description

Conducting and effectively managing a caseload to the high standards required by Jackson Lees Group & The Law Society

Conducting advocacy at the Tribunal for your cases and on behalf of colleagues

Extensive knowledge of the law and procedures involved in asylum and immigration law

Full knowledge and understanding of the funding restrictions and requirements of legal aid

Experience representing privately funded immigration clients

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced working environment

Keeping all information accurately up to date on the case management system ensuring that deadlines are met
Essential-
At least 1 year experience of conducting Level 2 case work and advocacy in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber
IAAS Level 2 Accreditation
