An essential seminar based on JCWI's extensive legal and policy work on undocumented migrants. The training will help practitioners and those working with vulnerable groups to:

  • Understand the demographic characteristics of the undocumented migrant population in the UK.
  • Recognise the main pathways to becoming undocumented
  • Recognise the risk factors for the undocumented population
  • Be fully aware of the enforcement framework affecting undocumented migrants
  • Identify routes to obtaining legal status

Objectives – At the end of the seminar delegates will be in a better position to advise clients and service users who may be undocumented or at risk of becoming undocumented.
