This course will provide immigration practitioners with an understanding of: the EU law rights of EEA nationals and their family members to claim benefits in the United Kingdom the interaction between EEA nationals' entitlement to claim benefits in the UK and their right to reside. Changes aimed at restricting EEA nationals' ability to claim certain benefits will be outlined, and the session will cover recent dvelopments in case law.
