"absolutely exceptional" "brilliant seminar every year - not to be missed!"

A must for all practitioners who come across EU nationals and their family members and make applications on their behalf.

EU nationals and their third country national family members have full rights of entry, residence, work and access to social benefits if they are or have been in work in the UK. But is this true?

This seminar is designed to examine UK implementation of free movement of workers and their family members, the EEA Regulations, in light of EU law on free movement of persons.

It will focus on the rights and the points of uncertainty or contestation in their delivery.
